All of our candles go through a thorough quality control and inspection process prior to shipping to ensure the best quality product. Please inspect your candles carefully before use. We will replace any broken items if there are damages that occurred during shipping. Photos of broken items will be required. All claims must be reported within 20 days of shipment.
Purchases made on www.sandandfoghome.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 20 days of shipment if the product is unused, and in new and original condition.
Sand + Fog does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned products.
