Once I used it on my skin,I was hooked so what did I do next?...I went to the website to order more as I was afraid to run out of it.The packaging is sophisticated, well thought through and I can tell that the company cares and believes in their product. So I ordered 4 more scents and a candle!! You now have a repeat customer... my only criticism is maybe you can ship a little faster .the wait can make you lose some customers as now we are used to1, 2 and maybe 3 day shipping . I would order more often if the delivery was faster.i bought more of your candles from Marshall's coz I didn't wanna wait.love love love
